Mandatory plans without option changes not reflected

Summary:

We have run mass legal employer (eff 1 May) change process and did not select to create the hire event. This has resulted in a population whereby the termination is processed and the mandatory plans are not reflected as of 1 May. The optional plans are reflected. For the majority of the population the termination event was voided and hence no impact.

We have the enrollment processes run all year round so each month the evaluate process is run and for April we did have an issue whereby the process did not correctly run on the 1st April. For the remaining population the termination was voided hence the plans are reflecting correctly for May.
