REDWOOD Error: You can't update the job requisition because you don't have the required permission.

Hello,

We are receiving the error: SourceOfRequisitionCreation: You can't update the job requisition because you don't have the required permission. (IRC-1590824) in redwood job requisitions. This is most likely a security related issue. Does anyone know what role will give this access? Attaching a screenshot below of the error.
