Issue with Competencies name and description in Redwood Skills and Qualification Page

We are working on our move to Redwood Goals and Performance and have come across a few issues with the redesigned pages.

Our competencies have a name and then a lengthy description with bulleted items. Previously, when the competencies could be added directly in the Performance document, the name and description displayed nicely in separate boxes.

Since we no longer can add the Competencies directly in the Performance Document – we will be using Me à Skills and Qualifications for employees to enter them. However, within the competency section, the name field is concatenating the item name and the description. Based on the length of our descriptions – the field is very tricky to decipher. The name is centered and depending on the number of bullets in the description, it sometimes appears to be blank. It is also challenging to see the description once saved.
