How to Remove "Performance Goal Library" from List View as Administrator ?

We would like to remove the Performance Goal Library category from the list view.

Hello Team,

We would like to remove the Performance Goal Library category from the list view.We have tried removing role "Manage Performance Goal in the Goal Library", and also attempted to resolve this using Page Composer in Sandbox, but it still appears.

How can we resolve this?
