Can you make "work duration months" visible on opportunity marketplace

We are about to deploy the internal application redwood pages, but have noticed that not all fields that are visible to external candidates are visible to internal candidates applying via Opportunity Marketplace. Namely, internal candidates do not see the field and information for "Work duration months". I have looked in VBS and there is no clear option for enabling this field. Has anyone achieved this or is it a product gap?
