Unable to Recreate Performance Document After Cancel Work Relationship

Hi Team,

We performed a Cancel Work Relationship action for an employee, and now we are unable to recreate or reupload the Performance Document (PD) in the application. The system is not allowing PD creation for the old review period, which is impacting the business. Immediate guidance is needed to restore or reassign the PD to the employee for the historical review cycle.
