Redwood: Legal Employer and Business Unit No Longer Auto Complete Based on Who the User Is

In the classic/responsive UI, the legal employer business unit would populate based on who the hiring manager was that was filing out the requisition. After switching over to redwood, this functionality no longer happens. Is there something new that needs to be configured for this to work how it used to? The auto complete rule should already exist as it worked in classic. Please advise if there is something that changed that we need to configure for this to work again.
