Is there a work around to lock the Year end Performance Review cycle

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I am looking for a solution, for Year end Performance cycle closure on the due date.

The current functionality allows to set a due date, however, it still allows Employees and Managers to submit the evaluation. Please suggest the work around to lock the Performance Review cycle, where neither the Managers , nor the employees would be able to make changes past the due date.
