Issue REDWOOD Notifications with Redwood Style

Since the introduction of the new feature "Introducing Enhanced Notifications with Redwood Style"
(https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/readiness/hcm/24d/hcom-24d/24D-hcm-common-wn-f34909.htm),
some notifications from approval flows in Talent pages / Person Profile do not allow access to attached documents via the hyperlink in the notification.

In Release 24B, this was working correctly, as shown in the documentation:
"Redwood - Profile Item Attachments Displayed to the Approver in the Approval Notification"

However, since the implementation of "Enhanced Notifications with Redwood Style"
