25B:Enrollment screen on Benefits Activity center special Avatar with Plan type Name

Summary:

We are testing the Benefits Activity Center in 25B.

After processing the life event when enrollment changes are performed, some special pic ( avatar) is appearing which we havent configured.

Not sure why its appearing and how to disable it


Is anyone else facing the same issue.

Please advise.
