Not re-directing to Benefits Self Service Enrollment page in Redwood

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have requirement to put "Before you enroll" Deep link in Plan type groiping Display so that employee can add contacts during making enrollments in enrollment page itself in Redwood pages. I have taken "Before you enroll" redwood quick action deeplink and embedded in Self service description text(Click Here) for the plan type. With this configuration, system is taking me to before you enroll page and alloed me to add contact and submit but when i am trying to go back to enrollment page, it's becoming blank.

Could you please let me know the reasong behind it and solution to fix this issue.
