incidents.search_thread and phrases

Hi,

I created a report to use incidents.search_thread to search incidents. The idea is to be able to search for a few keywords or a phrase describing an issue.

It makes it easier to respond to a bunch of similar emails eg if we have an outage we can search and find all the emails related to that and tell them all the ETA.

The problem I have is that I'm struggling to get phrases working. Do phrases work with this? I did put the filter as Complex Expressions.
