Person Spotlight in the Payroll Activity Centre

Summary:

When accessing the Person Spotlight page through the quick action in Payroll Activity Centre, I cannot see or search for any employee. Has anyone else found this issue and has anyone been able to fix it?

Navigation: My Client Groups > Payroll Activity Centre > Quick Actions > Person Spotlight

There are no employees on the results list and when I search, it brings up no results.

I have the payroll manager and HR professional roles with a "view all excluding self" security profile. I also checked a user that has the HR professional and payroll manager roles with a "view all" security profile. In both cases, the Person Spotlight page does not bring up any results when accessed via the Payroll Activity Centre.
