'Keyword trend' for incidents

Hi,

I'm more familiar with answers than incidents... for answers we use a fantastic report from the Cookbook to show keyword trends. I'd love to build something similar for incidents - I'm sure someone out there has done so already...

I basically would want to see the top phrases used in incidents created via Ask a Question each day/week. Has anyone built a similar report they could share? Or point me in the right direction for building one?
