How to Handle and Started Activities When Technicians were unable to End them

In Oracle Field Service (OFS), how should we handle scenarios where a technician starts an activity but forgets to end it, either due to human error or technical issues?
The first image is ideally how the End activity screen looks.
Here’s the situation:
- A technician starts an activity (e.g., at 8:10 AM on April 8) but forgets to mark it as completed or its unable to end due to technical issue.
We tried if Dispacther can fix this error: - The next day, the dispatcher tries to mark it as completed, but in the UI(Please refer to second image):
