Ticket Report - Tickets by Contact

Hello,
I am in need of creating a report for a client in which they want to know who is submitting the tickets. So basicaly I need to just have a report where...
Contact Org Name Inicident #

I already have an incident report however when using the incident filters "Contact ID" and Contact SmartSense, those do not work, they just spit out a number. I need the name of the person who submitted the ticket.
Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong dataset? Anyone know which filter I should be using?
