Multi-select by checkbox / form controls in a report

Hi,

I have a report for incidents that has a drill-down level to show a preview of the email text. Our supervisors use this to check similar incidents.

They want to be able to select multiple incidents but also to continue going through the list and previewing, and adding to the selection as they go - basically so that they can then bulk edit all the selected incidents.

As the reports currently are, once you click on one to preview you lose your previously selected rows. Is there any way to add a checkbox or some way of flagging/tagging these for selection?
