Benefits Activity Center Redwood experience was not supposed to be enabled

Summary:

We would like to understand why the new Benefits Activity Center Redwood experience was enabled when, according to the Oracle documentation that was provided in the SR, it was not set to be auto enabled. Could you please provide the steps to revert it back to Classic.
