Translation not working for Benefits Plans and Programs

Summary:

We need to translate to Spanish, all benefits plans an program and was not to do so.

Steps followed-

Logged in Spanish and edit the Ben Plan and change the name and description to the Spanish translation. When we log in in English we see the ben plan in English. When we login in Spanish, i should see the ben plan in Spanish but still see in english.
