Incident Address History tab with Quick Search behavior

Hi there,

I’ve attached a quick video about what I’m trying to accomplish here. My question is: is there a way to make that Incident Address History tab "automagically" work like my quick search where I manually search for the Incident Address? The 311 Call Center wants a tab where they can click and all the selected incident address’ history will be displayed. I was wondering how that could be possible for a text field and also be done in real time.

Our last option would be to create an Add In to support that requirement.
