Need to restrict State field in address to show Primary State (Abbreviated) only for receivables

We Need to restrict State field in address to show Primary State (Abbreviated) only for receivables
Can this be done by page personalization or other method? Disabling Alternate name is not an option

I am seeing similar issue in KB52540

Summary
On Oracle Fusion Receivables Cloud Service, using manage customers:

Is there a way to stop seeing the alternate names for a state on the customer addresses ?

For example:

Florida State has
FL (Primary)
Florida (Alternate name)
Those two state values are displayed on the customer account address.

Solution
That is not possible now. There is an enhancement request for that
