Remove downloads from a given IP address

I am using a basic 'answer usage' report that provides confirmation of the number of  the number of visits and the proportion of the visits that resulted in downloads. This report uses the KF_Answer stats and Answers tables.

However- I have been asked to remove downloads from a given IP address. As far as I am aware- I can only identify the IP address by using the first parameter in the Clickstreams table.

I have tried adding a filter to the report for the first parameter to exclude the IP address however I haven't been able to order the joins to give a result other than one that exponentially increased all of the values. The current join is:
