Count of categories and statuses not showing correctly

Hello,

I created a report for some specific Incients. On this report I wanted to add two pie charts in which should appear the count of Categories and Statuses of the specific Incidents. I tried count and count if and it's still showing up wrong numbers. I attached the definition of the Report.

What is that I missed?
