Can we display Employee questionnaire before the Manager questionnaire in PD?

In current setup when Manager evaluates Employee Questionnaire, the employee responses are displayed below the Manager Questionnaire. Ideally, a manager should review the Employee responses and then evaluate the employee in the Manager questionnaire. is there any feature to achieve the same.
