"Out of memory" errors using Responsys "Manage Hosted Content"

I keep getting Error code: Out of Memory when my team or I try to use Manage Hosted Content.

I'm trying to delete some images from Manage Hosted Content to get it to not crash, but it will not even load. It times out. I'm not sure if this is on our company side trying to hold back memory or on the Responsys side. I can't publish or delete at this point because the page won't load as of the last few weeks.
