Hide current and Previous Ratings based on Rating Source in Talent Rating page using VB studio

Summary: We have a requirement to hide Current and Previous Rating information based on "Rating Source" If Rating Source = "Performance Document" then it should show the Performance Ratings, Else it should not show any other ratings. We are checking this functionality using VB studio. Tried using the Business Rule condition based on "Rating Source", but that is not working.
