Show responsive quick actions on Team Activity Center page

Summary:

On the team activity center page, all the team actions, individual actions and quick actions under the Application section lead to redwood pages. Since we don't have all of the actions and quick action pages in redwood enabled as of now due to the personalization on those pages, how can I navigate to the responsive pages for the same action? Is this possible, if yes, how?

For example: I see the 'Transfer' action under individual actions for one of my direct reports which leads me to the redwood transfer page. I want the 'Transfer' action on the TAC page but want it to re-direct me to the responsive transfer page.
