not able to see national identifier section in redwood page for contact

Summary:

Hi All,

We are in 25B and don't see national identifier section to add social security number for contacts in People to Cover and Before you enroll page.

Also, I could see only TIN type and TIN number in Family and Emergency contact page under Employment.

Could you please let me know what could be reason behind this? Is it hidden bu default? If yes how to enable it?
