Report on Indexed Phrases

Is there a way to pull indexed phrases for an Answer or Incident? We have had to ask Support in the past (usually met with an initial "we can't do this unless something's broken"). It would be great if we can do this ourselves. We would like to check the Indexed Phrases every so often to help diagnose why a particular Answer isn't showing up in results when searching for a certain phrase. However, all of the phrases tables don't seem to be available in Reports Explorer.
