show customer all incidents of collegues
within the customer portal there is an "support history" area, when you logged in with your customer account. This area displays all your incidents you have created.
The report, which is used in this area (\customer\development\views\pages\account\questions\list.php) is the report with the id 196.
Company A have 4 employees (Employee 1, Employee 2, Employee 3, Employee 4). Now Employee 1 has created an incident. This incident of Employee 1 should be displayed in the "support history" of Employee 2, Employee 3 and Employee 4, too.
Is there an possibility to adapt the report (id 196), that the above requirement is done cprrectly?
