OTBI missing journey tasks

When creating an analysis to report on deferred journey tasks, I am not seeing ALL results. I am getting some, but there are definitely others that are seen in the UI, but are not reflecting in my analysis. Is there some sort of process that should be running to refresh what is going out to OTBI? I need a report of deferred tasks because we need to reassign the journeys to them manually.
