HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS Table Not Getting Populated For Nonworkers

Hi.

We sometimes have non-employees come to teach a class. We create an HCM account for them because afterwards, they are entitled to receive a certificate with credits that they can use towards a license. These instructors are given an assignment category of Nonworker. I'm not sure what other companies do, but we store the credits and some of the course information for employees and non-employees in the HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS table. I'm not sure when this began, (maybe when we migrated the Learning module to Redwood) but for Nonworkers, the information is not being stored in the HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS
