Redwood - Benefits Confirmation Statement not displaying latest enrollments

Hoping everyone is doing well!

After enabling Redwood for Benefits Self Service, we noticed one issue with Benefits Confirmation Issue where Benefits Confirmation Statement is not displaying the latest enrollments. For example, an employee who has Open enrollment as on 1/1/2025 and for testing, we have extended the Window End Date to June end for testing. Below is what employee on Confirmation Statement. As you can see, Coverage Start Date is coming as 5/21/2024 (employee had another life event as on 5/21/2024) instead of 1/1/2025 for Open Enrollment. I checked the link when employee is clicking on View Report and Link itself has 12/31/2024 date
