Evaluate Scheduled Life Event Participation Triggered Open Enrollment for the Terminated Employees

The payroll team noticed that a lot of changes has been pushed to the payroll integration files like element entries from the benefits etc. Upon our analysis, we found that the Annual Enrollment LE has been processed for approximately 300 Terminated employees reinstating all their enrollments. Somehow, we were able to clean the records and fix the issue. But the business wants to know what triggered these LE to process.

During our further analysis, we found one 'Evaluate Scheduled Life Event Participation' process submitted by the client to run the Admin LE for some employees is in errored status and it was not having any individual person parameter triggering the Admin LE for all the employees. The process ran for 27 minutes, and it got errored since it has reached the maximum error limit. Still this process had the correct Life Event as the Administrative and we were not able to find any other process without any individual person parameter and Life Event selected as 'Annual Enrollment' causing the actual
