OTBI Agent does not send out an email

Summary:

We have a daily agent which sends an email with an excel file attachment.

The agent run successfully daily until a week ago, when running the agent we can see that 'Agent Successful' (under more details in Catalog), but the emails are not sent.

I tried checking the logs but cant find the log manager.

Any ideas what to do ?
