Obtain URL address of OSC variables

Hi all,

I have to build a report using an analytical tool and I need to extract the data from Oracle Service Cloud. So far, I was able to identify the source of most of the variables, but I'm still struggling to find it two of them. 

I have looked at the Data dictionary, but it doesn't mention anything about the REST API of these variables. Any idea how can I get the URL to extract variables?
