We need to understand how other clients in Europe are addressing the DE&I

We need to understand how other clients in Europe are addressing the Diversity and Inclusion (DE&I) challenges. In the UK they need the Ethnics and disablity but in NL this is not allowed and cannot be visible. How is this set up in your company? And how to configure this within the HCM HR Core system per legal entity. We are still in Classic/Responsive and start after the summer holiday the transition to Redwood.
