REDWOOD -Employee Calculated Rating is not coming in Line Manager Performance Document for Employees

Summary:

In Overall Summary, Competency Summary and Goals Summary

The Employee performance calculation (ie., Original Name = Employee Calculated Rating) is not coming in Redwood. Recently we started testing in lower instance, the Employee Calculated Rating is not coming in Redwood.

The Performance Template Level Configuration Settings are same in responsive and redwood instances. Everything are same.

Can anyone guide us to view Employee Calculated Rating in Line Manager Login.
