Hi,

I have a set of reservation/booking data associated with contacts in RightNow. Now I am trying to take out a report where I can group the contacts and take out and display the latest 5 reservation records for each grouped contact listed out in the report.

I have already grouped the report by contacts and I have restricted the row limit to 5. What needs to be done to get the latest 5 reservations for each grouped contact?

Note: One contact can have multiple reservations.
