How to validate Requisition total quantity against BPA minimum quantity in Redwood UI?

We are using Oracle Fusion Procurement with the new Redwood user interface, and we are trying to implement a validation related to Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs).

Our goal is to prevent a requisition from being submitted if the total quantity requested is less than the minimum quantity defined in the associated BPA.

➡️ We’ve noticed that when users add items from the catalog, the BPA is automatically associated.
➡️ I’ve exported the requisition page using Visual Builder Studio, but I couldn't find where to apply a rule or custom validation during the submission process.
➡️ Ideally, we’d like to show an error message when the total requisition quantity for a BPA-linked item is below the minimum defined in the agreement.
