Hi Group,

I'm trying to get help with a report (Private Messages Per Channel Account) that, when you right-click on a record, the option to create an incident appears, after which a Contact Search screen appears.
 
I need to change this search, but I did not find it in the settings.
 
I opened a call (Service Request: 170920-000174) and was informed to search the forum, I also did not find any answer.
 
Can you help me with this?
