In performance Page under My Team for an employee Review period is not defaulting to current year.

Hello Team,

Navigate to My Team-Career and Performance-Search for Direct reportee-Go to Performance tab-Under Review Period fiscal year is showing only 2024 Fiscal Year but the current one is 2025 Fiscal Year which is not defaulting to only one direct reportee of a manger.

Please help us understand why this occuring to only one direct reportee.
