May I ask if there's a sample/example or explanation on the usage of the profile option "ORA_POR_PIM_ES_DATA_SYNC"?

As searching in doc.oracle.com, it shows that this profile option is first introduced in 24A:

However, I am not able to find the related information in 24A's What's New of Procurement and SSP.
