Report multiplying data after table join

Hi all, firstly I must explain that my knowledge of reporting is very limited so if I am asking a basic question I apologise but I am rather stuck at the moment so I am hoping somebody can help me out.

I have been asked to create a new report which will show how many chats were completed and how many chat links were clicked organised by widget type and which chat queue the chats were being routed to. I have built the report, however when I add the table join for widget_stats and run it the report data is massively out.
