Translation in Goal Management

Summary:

Customer has changed the "Performance" word in system to "Development" during the implementation which now backfires in Redwood in Goals Center.

I have tried fixing this with User Interface Text editor, but I can find only one translation which is used for both. Is there some way to fix the issue? I remember earlier that through Manage Configurations I have been able to access the translations and remove customizations.
