Format a Custom URL as 'Friendly'

I have a problem that I think the community can help me solve. I am not sure where it belongs. 

I have a field on my report, that I build a URL from. It uses a concat() function to join some static data (aka https://..) and field data.

The field then displays as a really long clickable URL. I really want it to display as a friendly URL, such as 'Click Here' 

I can't seem a solution to do this with standard features of programming. I have other reports where I have a value in the field and can turn it into a hyperlink perfectly.
