Performance goals didn't transfer on the Local and Global transfer flow

Summary:

We performed a global transfer for an employee, including the review period for the Goals and Performance documents, and submitted the transaction. However, when searching for the Goals and Performance documents under the new assignment, neither the Performance document nor the Goals appear.

The Goals from the old, inactive assignment are still visible, but not those for the new assignment.

Additionally, the Performance document is missing for both assignments after the transfer.

Could someone please assist us in resolving this issue?
