LOV_BankBranchName with given set of values leads to multiple matching rows for a row of type

Summary:

I am getting below error while updating external bank account with bank name and branch name. This error occurs only incase of same branch name exists multiple times. I have also tried with branch number instead of branch name but still getting the error.
