Error while creating customer profile using SOAP Webservice

Summary:

I want to update CREDIT_LIMIT and CREDIT_CURRENCY_CODE column of HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_F table and if the customer profile does not exist then I want to first create customer profile and then update it. In some cases, a customer may not have an associated account; therefore, I am not including an account number or customerAccountId in the payload while creating a customer profile. Is there a way how can I achieve it? I've tried below WSDL's
