Showing all related incidents in a report

Hi All

We have added a incident system attribute so we can relate incidents.  As its only a Parent/Child relationship and service cloud doesn't support automatic ticket linking we want to build a report which shows all related incidents that have been manually added by an agent.

So we have the scenario where other tickets may be linked due to this system attribute. (see attached image) and want to build a report that will show all these tickets and place the report in a tab on the the incident workspace.

A: is this possible?

B: Any ideas on how to structure/filter this report as we have tried numerous methods and none of them work
